International Congress History, Heritage(s) and Innovation

– gazing at the tourist itineraries between the 19th and the 21st centuries

 

The research centre Economics, Society, Heritage and Innovation - Instituto de História Contemporânea – NOVA FCSH and Câmara Municipal de Cascais are organizing the International Congress History, Heritage(s) and Innovation – gazing at the tourist itineraries between the 19th and the 21st centuries, that will take place on July 16th and 17th at Centro Cultural de Cascais.

 

We invite researchers from different academic areas to participate in a transdisciplinary discussion that among others will focus on different tourist gazes (Urry, 1990) and on the new travelling practices.
